BRIEF:
Argyll, the Isles, Loch Lomond, Stilring and the Trossachs is quite a mouthful and equally a very big tourism region! Our brief, working within a very much wider brief, was to provide exhibiiton panels for multi-purpose use at tourism shows, conferences and events which would help promote the lanscape diversity, history and culture of the area.
APPROACH:
As we had produced the 2004 area accomodation guide, we were very familiar with the area and so we could quickly focus on what we saw as the key messages which could be conveyed graphically. We opted for a standard display system with which we had a lot of experience and workd up a series of interchangeable graphic panels carrying strong images.
OUTCOME:
The free-standing system has enabled AILLST to present the area at regional level shows and events in a very effective and impactful way. It has also reduced set up time - always welcomed by stand staff! AILLST continues to build visitor footfall and the way in which they present the area is seen as professional and informative.
