BRIEF:
The brief from Highland Fayre, a key player in the corporate gift market specialising in Scottish food hampers, was to provide a new, content managed, e-commerce site by offering an engaging and easy shopping experience and reflecting the company's professionalism and attention to detail.
APPROACH:
Following a review of the market and assessment of competing and benchmark sites, we specified the site functionality and web design requirements. Site visuals were prepared to meet the design brief and signed off along with step by step site functions and the shopping cart process from product selection through check out and transaction.
OUTCOME:
The finished site is visually clean and appealing and the navigation is simple and intuitive. All anticipated shopping information and security advice is easily accessed giving a strong message of re-assurance and professionalism for the site. This year, Highland Fayre has recorded record on-line sales and many of their customers have complimented them on the new site.
