BRIEF:
Having worked extensively with Famous Grouse on promotion of The Famous Grouse Experience, we were asked to help redesign and rewrite a brochure to promote a new concept in dining. Fasanur is a unique dining experience which involves 9 courses of food, each using whisky in the recipe and accompanied by a different and complimentary whisky from The Famous Grouse range.
APPROACH:
The brochure was aimed at corporate clients or groups wishing to participate in the unique dining experience. We were keen to ensure any promotional literature struck the correct balance between the elaborate dining experience and a whisky tasting experience. The brochure does not focus on whisky, rather it takes whisky as the platform to promote food taste and presentation and the overall dining experience. New images and copy were developed to support the message.
OUTCOME:
The new Fasanur brochure has successfully been launched and is currently being used as both in Scotland and around the world. The brochure provides a full description of the dining experience itself, together with all the required information to allow an interested party to confirm a booking.
