What is vCampaign

Email marketing is one of the most effective ways to promote to and inform your customers or sell your products and business. vCampaign provides the capability to target your contacts either stored in the vContact system or from another contact source. vCampaign uses the Vizibility email portal to send campaigns of any size using graphically designed email templates. The Vizibility template library included in the vCampaign product stores custom designed campaign emails or you can choose from the professionally designed templates in the template library, to present and market your company to potential clients.

vCampaign is a product in Vizibility's WebPower vProducts suite of software and can be provided on a hosted basis or installed on your own web server. The integrated Webpower vProducts will enable you to realise increased benefit from your web site and internet presence.

Features Template Library
  • Create a campaign: enabling an email campaign to be created and template chosen from your PC or the template library.
  • Campaign administration: ability to view campaign history and/or copy, delete and amend campaigns.
  • Email tracking: following a campaign, reports are returned back into the contact system recording email delivery, when opened and if any link was followed.
  • Generate email list: enables a list of email addresses to be attached to the campaign and named as a mail list. The list can be generated manually, imported as a CSV file or selected from the vContact system.
  • Campaign schedule: the ability to run the campaign immediately or schedule to be run on a regular daily, weekly or monthly basis or on future date.
  • Campaign reporting: standard reports on campaign status and success. Integration with the contact record if the vContact system is used.
